Happy New Year!!!

Wow, it’s hard to believe 2022 has come and gone. It was a hard year, but a blessed year, also. The year started slow as far as our ministry schedule goes, but by April things started ramping up. We were busy!

We experienced changes in the family. Parker and Jessica moved to Rich Square, NC. No worries tho, they still travel, play and sing with us. We welcomed a new member to our family, Braven Wayne Douglas, born to Parker and Jessica, July 28th.

We had bus problems, but God used His people and blessed us with 8 brand new drive tires to go all the way around the bus. We had some frame work on the bus to break as well as other issues with the bus, but God supplied the right mechanics, and help for that, too. Yes, it was a hard year, but God was there every step of the way. He will order our steps, if we’ll let Him.

Psalms 37 NKJV. (v37)The steps of a good (righteous) man are ordered by the Lord, and He delights in his way.

We want to encourage you in this new year not to drag the hard or bad things of 2022 into this new year. This is a new season. Walk in His Grace and Mercy everyday. His mercy is new every morning.

Lamentations 3:22-23 ESV says it like this. (v22) The stedfast love of the Lord never ceases; His mercies never come to an end; (v23) they are new every morning; great is Your faithfulness.

It’s a new year, a new day, a new season let’s walk in His light, in His steps.

Be a blessing to someone.

Happy New Year!!!

Update & continued prayers requested for the church plant and construction of Fountain of Life Church in the remote mountainous village of El Naranjo, Intibuca. Construction is advancing. Foundations and corners are taking form, but for now the work is on hold because the truck used to bring materials from the hardware store to the project and haul gravel and sand has broken down. It is such a long treacherous drive up the mountains and through rivers that the store won’t deliver here. However, as soon as the truck gets repaired the work will continue.

Meanwhile, the congregation is happy, and continues to enjoy open-air services with the electricity of a generator to power the sound system and lighting, as there is no electricity yet in this village. Pastor Leonel, is always busy visiting members, and reaching the surrounding villages with the blankets, hygiene and baby kits, as well as scripture booklets that you our generous donors have provided. Words cannot fully express what all this ministry means to these salt of earth people of this area to have a Church of their own, and a Pastor who’s blessed to share items that impact their lives in meaningful ways.

Thank you for supporting us as your missionaries and allowing and equipping us to be your arms extended to these beautiful people of Honduras.

We want to say a big THANK YOU to those of you that have given that we, in turn, were able to sow into this wonderful ministry. The Harrell family aren’t just a mom and dad dragging their children to the mission field. They are a team, working side by side to win the lost, and minister to the people of Honduras. We are honored to be in partnership with the Harrell family ministries. They are doing a great work for God, in Honduras.

Please be in prayer for us. We are looking for a studio to record our next project. It has been quite awhile since our last recording, and we have a lot of material we have written that needs to be recorded. If you would like to partner with us on this project, please follow the prompts on the “Partner With Us” page.
